Land sourcing, evaluation and leasing workflows were fragmented across calls, spreadsheets and email. Every new requirement risked becoming another disconnected screen instead of strengthening one coherent product.

I personally closed this inbound engagement, then took responsibility for its product direction, client relationship and delivery. I led an architect, tech lead, developer, AI engineer and QA. As EM, PM, Design Lead and Client Partner, I translated business intent into a signed-off PRD, design iterations and delivery priorities.

I mapped the land journey across 32 steps and 10 phases, and the lease journey across 83 steps and 11 phases. A 51-node conversational intake system connected six contact types to four WhatsApp flows. For the platform, shared deal stages, access control, document checks and AI-assisted grading became a coherent product model rather than a collection of features.

AI-assisted engineering needed to stay accountable to acceptance criteria, and dependencies had to be made explicit as the system grew. I advocated for dedicated DevOps support and UAT before production, so the live deliverables were not the only finished parts of the story.

A WhatsApp bot with built-in AI intelligence now runs live in production, and the land-deals listing is live with advanced, smart filtering, sorting and a dynamic map view. The approved v4 platform design carries the same product model into phased delivery.
