Hiring & growth
Hire for curiosity, craft and systems judgement. Make growth conversations specific to the responsibilities people are ready to own.
Leadership / Principles into practice
My role is to create the conditions for strong product decisions — a clear vision, accountable systems and people who can lead.
Intelligent interfaces need more than a conversation layer. I design clear intent, visible evidence, and a path back to human judgement.
Agentic BI · threat assessment · AI-assisted intake
Map the actors, decisions, dependencies and exceptions first. Build a coherent product model that can support the next workflow, not just the next release.
51-node conversation flow · 79-page product spec
Give people context, decision rights and a quality bar. Pair design with engineering, build critique into delivery, and grow leaders rather than approval queues.
bp: 4→48 · Fosfor: 0→7 designers
Connect design to the commercial and operational problem. Close the loop from a promising idea to a signed engagement, a usable experience and a measurable outcome.
₹6 Cr inbound closed · 30% faster model deployment
Organisation building
Within two years, the India design organisation grew across business units. Earlier, I built Fosfor’s design team from zero to seven. Each context demanded a different scale of leadership, with the same commitment to craft and ownership.

How I run a design organisation
Hire for curiosity, craft and systems judgement. Make growth conversations specific to the responsibilities people are ready to own.
Critique the work against user needs, product intent and a shared quality bar. Invite engineering and product into the conversation early.
Use shared patterns, decision records and clear hand-offs to protect time for the work that needs deeper thought.
Connect product scope, architecture, design and QA through acceptance criteria. Treat edge cases and release readiness as part of design.
Work with AI and engineering specialists on capability boundaries, uncertainty and human control — not only interface output.
Understand the commercial context. At Indexnine I closed approximately ₹6 Cr in inbound business and owned delivery for an engagement I personally won.
The next chapter
Design vision. Strong teams. Products that earn trust.
