Delivery boundary
Location-based analytics platform design

02
Problem statement
Internal teams and OEM partners needed to interpret navigation and location data across distinct segments. Raw telemetry was passive reporting, disconnected from decisions and revenue.
03
Role and team
I led four designers during the Xoriant engagement, working across product and technical stakeholders on the platform experience.
04
Approach
I led the design of a location-based analytics platform, shaping experiences for internal users and external OEM partners and connecting navigation-screen content with analytics and monetisation workflows.
05
Challenges
Enterprise analytics must support the decision after the chart. Segment context and a clear commercial purpose had to survive a platform serving both internal teams and external partners.
06
Solution
Segment-aware analytics with partner-facing workflows and navigation-content monetisation built into the platform rather than bolted onto reporting.

What I take forward
Enterprise analytics must support the decision after the chart. Segment context and a clear commercial purpose keep telemetry from becoming a passive reporting exercise.
