02
Problem statement
Data science and engineering workflows needed a more coherent experience across the model lifecycle. Specialised tools and workflows spoke different languages around the same model.
03
Role and team
I built the design team from 0 to 7 and led product design for the suite. This combined hiring and practice-building with direct responsibility for a complex technical platform experience.
04
Approach
I led the MLOps platform redesign and developed a UX framework for the broader B2B SaaS suite, bridging experimentation, deployment and operational concerns in one product model.
05
Challenges
Data science and engineering carried different mental models of the same lifecycle. A shared product language had to accommodate expert workflows without making every user learn the underlying organisation of the engineering stack.
06
Solution
A common UX framework connected specialised workflows while giving teams a consistent foundation for new capabilities — cutting model deployment time by 30%.

What I take forward
A shared product language is a delivery advantage. The strongest platform systems accommodate expert workflows without making every user learn the underlying organisation of the engineering stack.
