02
Problem statement
Biofuels and sustainable aviation fuel workflows require compliance evidence across an enterprise supply chain. Complex operational processes rarely translate cleanly into a B2B experience.
03
Role and team
At bp I scaled the India design organisation from 4 to 48 within two years across business units. This organisation-wide growth is distinct from the project team. I supported design advocacy and cross-functional alignment alongside portfolio delivery.
04
Approach
I led UX transformation in the Biofuels portfolio, connecting complex operational processes to a clearer B2B experience where compliance information is easier to inspect and communicate.
05
Challenges
In regulated products, trust depends on continuity of evidence across documents, reviews and audits. Demonstrating that value to prospective enterprise customers required more than documentation.
06
Solution
Document ingestion, regulatory traceability and review workflows formed a connected experience. Product demonstrations made the complex value proposition tangible for prospective enterprise customers.

What I take forward
In regulated products, trust depends on evidence and continuity across the workflow. Product demonstrations can also be a powerful commercial tool when they make a complex value proposition tangible.
